Peter Ordower, the Arbitrator

Mr. Ordower was the sole arbitrator in FINRA Case No. 24-02286.

He reserved Oppenheimer’s non-production of the agreed discovery for “the May 7 hearing.” Ex. 4 At the hearing, he told me to “stick to the substance of the dispute.” 5/7/25 Tr. 119:1-14 He excluded a one-minute video of my father as “never produced.” 5/7/25 Tr. 70:1–72:19

His award of May 23, 2025 denied every claim and gave no reasons, as Oppenheimer’s client agreement allows. Award Client Agreement ¶ 33(D)
