Jerald Hymen, the Advisor

Mr. Hymen was my father’s wealth manager at Oppenheimer and the advisor on the accounts at issue.

He sent the one-sentence fee letter that my father signed on January 12, 2021. Ex. 13 Oppenheimer’s complaint department later wrote that the higher fee was billed from January 1. Ex. 2

He testified that he arranged the increase with my father by phone and letter, and that there were no later conversations about it. 5/7/25 Tr. 177:5-14

Three family members testified that after my father died, Mr. Hymen said my father had given him a bonus. 5/7/25 Tr. 22:12-15, 73:13-17, 99:1-7 Ullman affidavit Mr. Hymen denied it under oath. 5/7/25 Tr. 175:5-8 The award does not address this conflict.

He was Oppenheimer’s only witness at the hearing.
